I found Jira to be pretty useful as a software developer for keeping track of projects. It has a lot of different features that are very specific that you can drill down into

Ease of use, It was not difficult to me to figure out how to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I didn't have any strong dislikes, it was good for keeping track of different tasks for projects.

I would recommend it as a good project management tool to keep track of workflow

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Simple & easy to use Interface, Lots of features like creating sprints, task and story. It is transparent and flexible. Creating of workflow is easy and fast.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tracking of the tasks and creating of release reports. It increase productivity and help us to deliver the things before the time to the cutomers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Jira is good, I have never faced any major issue yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good for managing projects because it has lots of integration options that makes the streamline process.
