What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira works really well with agile methods like Scrum and Kanban, so it is great for teams that plan work in short steps and track progress along the way. Jira offers rubust tracking of tasks which out standing for me.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Jira can do things automatically like moving tasks, assigning people, or sending updates. So I do not have to do it all by hand.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The layout can be a bit confusing, Sometimes it takes too many clicks to do something, and it is easy to get lost in all the menus.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

IN my advise connect Jira to the other tools your team already uses, like Slack or GitHub. It works better when everything's linked instead of using it on its own.
