Its Integration-friendly where it Works well with Confluence, Bitbucket, Slack, GitHub, and many other tools to bring all incidents from one dashboard and does not cost an addon fee like other tools

The solution offers detailed reporting and visualizations for team performance and is mobile friendly where all interfaces can be viewed from one place and can be customised

Pricing scales quickly when you add more users in the solution and add-ons

Jira is for tasks, and confluence is for documentation. The two work together perfectly. It's the best combination for a knowledge-driven company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can link a jira ticket to a confluence page that has all the project requirements. This means all the information is connected and easy to find. Developers don't have to ask me for details.
What do you dislike most about this product?
By itself, jira feels incomplete. You really need confluence to make it truly useful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you get jira, you should get confluence too. They are designed to work together.

the atlassian marketplace is huge.

if jira does not have a feature that you need, you can probably find it in the atlassian marketplace. there are thousands of third-party apps and integrations that you can add to jira. this is different from other tools that are a closed system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
i love that we have added an app for time tracking and another one for creating better reports. it has allowed us to extend jira to meet our specific needs. the marketplace makes jira an incredibly flexible and powerful platform that can grow with our company over time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the best apps in the marketplace are not free. they can add a lot to your monthly bill.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if you are missing a feature in jira, you should definitely check the marketplace before you switch to another tool.
