Favourite aspect of jira is its flexibility and customisation capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a technical consultant I don't see much challenge but sometimes it is complex to use because of it's current user experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jira is one of the great tool for Agile practice. So I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

JIra is good for iteration planning. Teams could have their own boards.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The cards are displayed on the board at a peer level which provides an easy medium to manage them, see progress.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The ease of use, add new stories, move them is a bit tiring and difficult process. It is not very intutive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall good product.
