What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

JIRA has an extremely intuitive interface and did not take as much time to learn how to operate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It makes large projects seem a lot less daunting. It helps you see where you are at and break everything down into tasks, it helps a lot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

JIRA has a lot of great options for color coding that helps you to visualize your progress on projects.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend spending the time to set it up just how you want it in the first place as once you are more established in the process, it is a lot harder to re-organize everything.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira has to offer the best-in-class user experience compared to other products on the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Report generating and exporting capability - either in the form of download as images or pull through third party integration like WorkBench, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limitations placed of supported files and sizes can be bothersome at times

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would love to have a feature such as a 'guest user' - where business and executive leaders do not necessarily have to create and log in to their account to view and track progress of the software development cycles; instead, they can quickly access all the metrics right off a URL.
