We consider Jira being the best project manager because it can be integrated with our existing tools, customize workflows to suit our teams, its functionality can be improved with add-ons and plugins, robust reporting system, and has a reliable bug tracking system. Also, it has great support and maintain system on behalf of users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With a single view of dashboard that offers our teams one place for collaborating effectively and streamline our project workflow process without having to switch between applications. Also, the hierachal approach of organizing projects is the best feature so far. It has helped our project managers to assign tasks to teams and take the confusion out. They are able to set up strategies of achieving their goals, keeping teams on track and on top of their projects. It has eliminated our traditional way of handling projects and shifted to a more agile flow of managing projects, which has increased the flow of communication too.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With so many options of workflows systems to customize, new users have found the system complicated.

I recommend Jira because with the tool you can work from anywhere, anytime from my device of my choice. I can track and manage projects even on the move. Jira gives full visibility of project status and gives Project Manager a chance to understand how projects are ongoing, which helps to bring all teams on the same page.
