What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

The reporting tool is a very particular ability of Jira and it enables managers to understand the status of the works

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

jira is a complete tool that allows you to have a complete view of your product, of the tasks in progress or not. The ability to create different dashboards is very useful

What do you dislike most about this product?

the tool requires a lot of study and preparation before being mastered

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implementation and use take some time. If you need a complete tool for managing your work, Jira is a great solution

Very easy to start using

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It was very easy and quick for me to start using it and understanding its features

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's not user friendly and very time consuming, the relations between different pages don't work very well and the interface isn't great

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jira is very easy to implement and to see your tasks/project timeline

Nothing really, our company just shifted towards a different ALM solution which is why we abandoned it
