What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Jira is a complete solution for managing projects across an entire business. We have epics, stories, tasks, Kanban boards, and Scrum boards. You have full control over workflow, fields, design, and automating tasks, and add-ons fill in the gaps and use cases that JIRA doesn't yet offer. The reporting tools are also very strong and give managers a full and detailed picture of how well and how efficiently their team is doing. With Jira as the main task management system and the kaban workflow management system, we can keep track of all tasks in the cloud.

What do you dislike most about this product?

JIRA has a high learning curve, but the work is well worth it, even if it might be optimized more effectively. It's also possible that the user interface is inconsistent (especially with the different definition pages). At first, setting up everything could seem tiresome, but we've taken advantage of the chance to reexamine our procedures and see if there's anything we can improve about how we go about doing things in the future. As a result, it was a favorable outcome.
