What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
It is a bit complicated to use the program compared to other programs that are easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My company has been using Jira to keep track of daily tasks and projects, and it has worked very well. This tool is great because it lets me work with my team and keeps me focused on my day-to-day tasks. Jira makes it easy to keep track of and manage projects, so I don't lose track of El Progreso as a whole. This tool is great.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I find it hard to manage users and give them permissions, and even though the interface is good, it's not the easiest or friendliest for end users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Jira is a good project manager that can be changed in many ways. It is easy to customize for any business and gives end users a lot of useful tools to help them work together, move tasks and projects forward, and keep an eye on them. It pays off.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
Every industry working nowadays on the agile methodology requires a project management tool. JIRA is one of the best tools for project management. JIRA has a lot of tremendous features which make this tool perfect for project management that is why most of the IT industry uses Jira. This tool has a neat and clean user interface which is why this tool is known as a super user-friendly project management tool. The purpose of the dashboard is self-evident. You can manage multiple projects with Jira. You can also create your own custom dashboard by using drag & drop. During the review call, the review board will have a colourful interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Creation of Epic, Story, Bugs, Spikes, Dependency and Sub-task is very easy. On the ticket details page, you can add comments, tag someone, start/stop the process, change the ticket status using numerous methods, add attachments of any document format, strike through any statement if it is out of scope rather than removing it, and many more operations. JIRA have appealing icons for bugs, stories, spikes, sub-task and Epic which helps to differentiate among a lot of tickets. A sprint board will have complete information categorised based on the team such as stories, bugs, spikes, story points of all JIRA tickets, assignees, backlogs, etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are a few points I would like to handle by the Atlassian team. The loading time of any Jira ticket is a little high, especially when that Jira ticket has a lot of data such as attachments, comments and descriptions. If the loading experience is very bad then it does not look good, especially over scrum calls that eventually increase scrum calls.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Jira is the perfect tool for project management. This tool is very secure and reliable which is really the most important feature. Even there is a lot more feature which is likeable that I already mentioned in the above section. Daily I use the review board to show complete information such as planned story point versus achieved story point and planned bugs versus total bugs fixed including new bugs raised in the current sprint.
