What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira is a program that has many more functions than other programs and has an affordable price.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Overall, Jira is a great tool for managing projects. The agile project planner has a few limitations, but they also provide us a lot of flexibility to allow members to build their own progress in a totally unique method. Excellent progress has been made in the Jira platform rollout. There are no compatibility issues with this program on mobile or desktop platforms. Jira's sales staff has done a fantastic job so far. They have been a constant source of speedy fixes for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The confluence and Bitbucket platforms don't work well with Jira, which is a shame. When converting the requirements of our products (from confluence) to a Jira backlog, this process often has several faults. They also need to strengthen the seamless connection with BambooHR and broaden the management of the incident lists.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jira's service is perfect when we need to plan projects with certainty and distribute responsibilities equally among the members of our team. Having the ability to manage your group's organization effectively is something that we highly encourage. We're confident in Jira's ability to deliver on its promises. More than we expected, Jira's technical help has exceeded our expectations. Answers are given in the most succinct manner possible. Jira's peer user group has also proven quite helpful in providing us with system knowledge tailored to our requirements.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

When cases need to be escalated to the technical team, our team can instantly correlate all cases in Jira with Hubspot, and because everything is centralized, we can quickly follow all cases straight from Jira. The ability to work with both internal and external parties is the most significant advantage. We collaborate with several internal teams as well as multiple vendors, and we frequently work on the same boards/projects. Having input in all areas has therefore been a major and vital advantage.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I utilized HubSpot to track customers, and I enjoy how Jira integrates with it. You've got everything in one place. I appreciate how you can insert code, tables, and other elements within the UI. I enjoy how we can divide the workload on our numerous tickets amongst teams and corporations. I'm on numerous boards and have my hands in multiple projects at the same time, so switching between them is simple. I enjoy how easy it is to post information while on the road. I also appreciate the Confluence connection.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface may not be user-friendly at first for newcomers; in my case, I spent quite some time reading their Help Center to understand how to use the major functions. I wish the updates would come sooner; they seem a little late. Having to reset my password after a period of time is cumbersome and causes me extra delays in completing my task.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a fully functional project management software, JIRA can meet all of your requirements. This is the solution for you if you need to monitor issues, work on small to big size projects in an Agile environment and engage with internal and external users and organizations, examine the integration lists provided by Jira. It is simple to incorporate, you must be patient at first to become acquainted with the UI.

Very easy to use and thorough ticket management

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It's very easy to use, clear ticket management system via the Kanban board as well, compared to other systems.As

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As an admin, I can configure other user's permissions as well as certain fields etc very easily. It did not take me long at all to get used to the system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the reporting leaves a lot to be desired and could certainly be worked on. I find it quite clunky to use and export.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As a basic ticket and issue management software, there are not many better.
