Great project management and database software!

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira is very intuitive in how it functions. From the get-go the user is capable of understanding how to use the various features they are expected to use on the job. Of the various database and project management tools that I have used, this is one of the best.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The functionality is incredible. The user can easily search up a recent report or database entery by way of key words or reference number, making it a very useful bit of software for anyone who is in need of project management software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Jira for all its functionality, could use a face-lift. Much of its interface is dated in appearance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If what you are looking for is appearance, then this might not be the product for you. But if what you are after is functionality and an intuitive interface which is very easy for all users to get integrated with, this is one product you do not want to miss out on!

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira has well defined templates for creating different tasks and projects. Also, it is highly customizable which makes it very intuitive to use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the fact that it is very easy to track all tasks and sub tasks related to a project. Also, I like the different options like wait for someone, time estimation, add checklists etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Once by mistake if any sub task is created, that user cannot delete that task. This becomes irritating at times

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a best tool for developers and project managers to keep track of everything related to the project

* User Interface is very good to make planning and track the issues. * Tasks can be tracked easily such like in progress, open, waiting for review.
