What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

JIRA aids in bridging the development teams' and product managers' communication gaps. Technical users will find this system fairly simple to understand, however non-technical users may have some difficulties. The user experience for ongoing projects may be different.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Issue log and track. Jira Dashboards. The best ticket management system very user-friendly offers lots of integrations that improve my work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Files upload must be less than 10MB in size. It is not open-source. It should have a more modern design

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use Jira across all the organization. In my opinion, it's the best project management tool available. We use it for all functions. The forms are really comprehensive and easy to use. In addition, the filters are very functional and you can chase the issues very easily. They have advance search attributes which integrate very simple code and can bring specific results. Dashboards is another feature that we used on a daily basis. You can add widgets to the dashboard and see project progress instantly. You can share them with other people and they can see the project status

There is nothing I disliked about this product as of now. It's been a long time I am using this in my team for tracking the activities of my team members. It fulfills to all my needs
