The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
It has many integrations with other software and thus making the management process easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Transparency over the product engineering roadmap throughout the organization. Also, it allows teams to visualize and understand expectations for when to deliver a project, have insight into project/team/individual capacity, and track work overtime.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a learning curve to working in JIRA, it is not immediately intuitive to a new user. It usually requires a lot of learning in order to most effectively and optimally use JIRA. A lot of it comes with time and experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Good - Project organization and planning for agile teams that work asynchronously. Bad - I think using JIRA or similar software is always better than not using JIRA, however, JIRA may be overkill for some smaller organizations that are not remote.
