Make sure you have a need for it and have the team built out to make the most of it. Better suited for Product/Engineering work but can easily be used for Marketing, etc.

Each and every one of the functions of this program is of great help for the administration of my work and the good management of projects activities of my workplace, Jira has been a great choice since it has simplified the workload and the thousands of tasks that I have to organize, this software is perhaps the most complete because it is divided according to the needs of the clients and the demand of my work, thanks to these wonderful tools I have the power to gradually build the most important projects of my work that They will make me stand out in my work department and flow much better with the work dynamics with my colleagues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Jira is really fascinating, since it is one of the best resources we have to order our work team and plan a better management and response for future and present jobs that enter our system, this program is the right one to keep track of productivity and will feed the skills of all the members of our work team, it is impressive how with the support of this program we have better contact with all our clients, I have to highlight the good intuitive interaction that we have in our management and dynamics with all our clientele, this program is executed to transform the development of our work to be much more effective and faster.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes this program becomes a bit slow to run and interrupts with the rhythm with which it has been working, this is perhaps due to the enormous size of the software and the large space it occupies in our system, every time we want to start a section with this program with the passing of time is playing much slower, plus it bothers with the execution of other programs in my storage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is worth recommending this program for the level of projection and management that this program offers us, Jira is by far one of the best programs that we have applied to organize each of the tasks that enter my job, I recommend it for the great results that we have obtained thanks to this power of administration.

1. Milestone tracking. 2. Week planning with sprint planning. 3. Completely agile friendly

1. Too much difficult for customization. 2. Needs some try error for some workflows.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

1. Plan your complete workflow before hand. 2. You might need to always change the workflow for some reasons. 3. All teams might not have same workflow.
