What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

A lot of online help is available for JIRA usage. Also, it is widely used so able to adapt to new organizations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The PI planning through iterations is a great feature that helps in good planning.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its difficult to keep track of so much data. sometime we lost the track of the pages that we want to access frequently. search capabilities can be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is must have product for PI planning.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Setting up customized workflows greatly aids the effectiveness of project management in my company and Jira does this better than any other project management software, in my opinion. This has afforded I and my team-members more time to execute tasks , while allowing Jira automate administrative tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The detailed insights and analytics which comes with Jira, has left the most impression on me. This makes it super easy and convenient to track the performance of team members I manage and the resources assigned to us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although Jira is used by most persons in the development community worldwide, it is not beginner friendly. In my department, we have seen developers without any prior experience using Jira, experience growing pains in the first few months , days and weeks of using the software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asides project management, Jira does a good job helping managers like myself better manage project resources.
