What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
I see regular changes are done by our admin easily when needed, it really provide enough feature which handles our requirements. In our team, we use this to track our stories and regular work status. And very often our BA or scrum master adds up some fields in Jira when needed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Jira Story, bug, defect, etc tracking can be done easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing so far
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it, it's one of the nice tool which so far I see used in corporate to track their regular work

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
Not much, truly it's just another tracking tool but prefer it because of it's functionality....I can create charts in my notes and set tasks for others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All aspects of this product are very useful to me on a daily basis....I track and report my deliverable and manage SLA's using this tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing I dislike about this product, I use it daily.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Fully utilize the notes section to keep track of daily/weekly tasks.
