What differentiates Jira Service Management from other similar products?

It continually updates you on tasks that you are supposed to perform and how long its supposed to take. I can also reassign tasks to different people at a given time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its easy to use with a simple set up meaning I don't require prior training to operate the app. It also has a user friendly interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm satisfied with the app. I don't have any complaints to make.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend the software for any business that needs to keep track of their tasks as well as categorizing them. Its an excellent product.
