What differentiates itilite from other similar products?
This is a unique product which helps save thousands of dollars for the business. Employees too benefit from using it by having a platform to make and track the bookings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It helps organisations grow sustainably. That's most important for startups infact. Reduce the overheads require to place bookings and approvals for employees. Help employees become productive and choose their preferred stay and travel.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Employees aren't efficiently able to get the update on the status of the bookings. This can be improved. The page for travel and accommodation can be more clear for improving users understanding of the process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Spend a little time going through the features carefully and thenafter it will help save your organisation a lot of money. A small training/PPT for the employees will go a long way to use it efficiently.

Great Money saver, but not as much user friendly

What differentiates itilite from other similar products?
I can see so many options for booking flights, hotels and am able to check their price easily. Filters are also very helpful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It saves Money which matters a lot. Getting updates on the bookings is easy too
What do you dislike most about this product?
Tracking my bookings, knowing the next steps after booking, check with whom it's pending for approval is painful. The UI/UX across is very poor and inconsistent.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Improve the user experience, clearly communicate the next steps. Show exactly how much savings have been there.
