iCIMS is constantly innovating and improving.
What do you dislike most about this product?
New features are often products you have to pay for separately. We don’t have any ability to manage our own integrations in house.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The product and technical support are excellent. The tool can do just about anything you want it to do, but you need an a very good in-house administrator.

Make sure you ask every question possible during the sales pitch. If you sign a contract, see if you are able to get out of it at any time. ICIMS is great when you first launch, but customer service and communication drops once you have issues.

What differentiates iCIMS Talent Cloud from other similar products?
iCims has great reporting capabilities compared to our internal system we were using and allows us all to see the full picture on candidate profiles at all times.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The reporting on iCims gives us a lot more insight into real time numbers for our recruiting efforts. The dashboard also makes it easy to see where every candidate is at in the process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Absolutely nothing so far. It is very user friendly and our whole team is so happy that we made the switch!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You will not regret it! There’s a reason so many people are implementing it. It’s great!
