What differentiates iCIMS Talent Cloud from other similar products?

The system is easily customized without the need to call for support. They will help if you run into issues but it's nice to be able to make adjustments on your own.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a lot of links on a dashboard. Would be nice to be able to have less clutter.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you evaluate how many full access users you need vs. people who just need to approve/decline requisitions or offers.

The change in the help desk makes it more difficult, but they still do a good job.
