What differentiates Huntress Managed Security Platform from other similar products?

I like Huntress because it focuses on real world threat detection instead of relying solely on automated alerts. The human-led approach is more attractive to me than just completely AI based. I found Huntress easy to deploy too, and manage. The investigations and remediation guidance are very helpful and alerts come with context to help us understand the situation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect is the threat investigations and the human-led analysis. Huntress gives context and explains what is found without just showing lots of alerts. They also give the exact steps needed to fix any issue and that gives me peace of mind.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some alerts can feel a bit high-level so I sometimes need to investigate more to fully understand the issue. When it comes to filtering or building detailed reviews, the dashboard doesn't always feel as flexible. But none of these issues are major.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a solid threat detection then I'd recommend Huntress. It's pretty straight forward to deploy and the alerts usually come with enough context. I recommend having someone dedicated on your team to act on the findings because Huntress works best when someone is actively reviewing everything.
