Integration with full sales and marketing funnel

Single view of the customer from top of funnel all the way through to customer success

What do you dislike most about this product?

No option to integrate with our app for chat support

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a comprehensive solution to cover sales and marketing then this is a good option as it give s a single view of the customer but it is expensive if just using one single service
