What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

The integration across the whole tech stack and ability to place powerful self serve customer service tools in the hands of startups without extensive integration or IT support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Knowledge base allows tickets to be answered quickly and effectively alongside bot queries. Most importantly, the ability to funnel all customer enquiries via one platform ensures nothing gets missed and a clear audit trail is in place to manage customer satisfaction.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Answering customer queries via native yet integrated email platforms (as oppose to directly in HubSpot conversation) often means the message is not tracked.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Invest time in tailoring the set up to your business. Think about your customer workflow and if you want to create a low touch self serve experience that is automated to the degree you need then this may work for you.

Easy and integrated automated account management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The use of workflows and other automation features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Data and contact management can sometimes be complex, especially during integration. We also use another CRM software for our manufacturing and production needs, which was not easy to integrate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I find it beneficial to have both sales and service software together. It is starting to become an easy place for our representatives to manage accounts.
