What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

Hubspot is now set up to handle most of the customer journey, starting with broad audience data and moving through leads, qualified prospects, contacts, and finally customers. It monitors all lead acquisition campaigns and helps organize a massive set of data into manageable lists that are subsequently imported into a project management platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of my favorite email tracking tools is Sidekick, which is a legacy product from Hubspot. It has been helpful in gathering many requirements in one place. Some examples of these types of tools include social calendars and blog headline generators. Being able to stay protected on Hubspot's previous Sidekick has been a lifesaver for me when it comes to tracking which emails are engaging.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You have fantastic control as a user, but I think there may be some optimization to the number of clicks required to access the more advanced capabilities in the HubSpot Marketing Hub theme settings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Working as a team is easy with the help of HubSpot Marketing Hub. Thanks to its shared user interface, all of HubSpot Marketing Hub's capabilities are intuitive and easy to use. With the inbound marketing capabilities provided by HubSpot Marketing Hub, our company can better serve our clients by providing them with valuable information.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

I think many of us in marketing consider HubSpot "the OG" marketing hub. You really can do SO much all in one platform, which is its biggest draw for me as an end-user/auditor. Owing to this, it makes cross-functional teams' lives so much easier. I can work on various projects for different departments all in one platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's overall ease-of-use, however, this is sometimes impeded by the unengaging user interface. The more customizations you have, the more confusing everything gets. It's not the best at neatly (or intuitively) organizing information, especially on complex customer accounts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a lot of customization to be had in HubSpot, but I feel like the customization features just aren't there. Really disappointed in the features for email marketing in particular. Because of this, I use an entirely different product for email marketing campaigns.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're thinking to use this solely for email marketing, get a niche tool for that. If you need this to function as a CRM *and* marketing platform at the same time, in addition to maybe even several other projects like managing teams, contractors, etc. -- then this could really work well for you.
