What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like about this site is its ease, it is the type of tool that connects customers and operators more efficiently without having to use complicated systems, it understands the need for companies to find tools that allow them to be connected with customers in all places allowing to be more precise in what the clients want

There are no changes I've seen in the tool that need to be made.

What differentiates Hubspot Live Chat from other similar products?

The integration with the CRM and you can use it for free (the CRM and the chatbot) and you can track there your leads; it also is easy to install on your website, and all the functionalities that it offers are great, like, scheduling the times that the users are available when the user is not available will send an automatic response and will send you an email. You can respond from there and another free functionality.

Have a free version that is so complete in different functionalities

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing is almost perfect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To implement in your website ASAP, to track the traffic and leads for your website.
