What differentiates HubSpot ABM from other similar products?
It’s easy to use and was not a difficult implementation. We are still learning best practices and are evaluating for their marketing hub offering. Overall it’s much better than our previous system as we didn’t have anything in place
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It’s easy to use and provides good analytical data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the interface can be clunky if you don’t know how to use it or where to search for things. I think any system can be that way, not only HubSpot
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would start with the basic offerings and add on after you see what you can do and limitations you run into.

What differentiates HubSpot ABM from other similar products?
To get the most out of the abm tools, you really need to have both marketing hub and sales hub professional. This makes it a very expensive commitment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that it's all part of one platform. The data flows seamlessly between marketing and sales, which is the whole point of abm. It is a truly integrated experience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost can be a major issue for small businesses that want to try abm.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be prepared for a significant investment if you want to do abm properly in hubspot.

What differentiates HubSpot ABM from other similar products?
The ability to create custom properties for our target accounts is a huge advantage. We can track information that is specific to our industry and sales process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that we created a property called "ideal customer profile tier". We can now filter and report on our accounts based on how good of a fit they are for us. It's very powerful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It took some time to set up all the custom properties and get the team to use them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take the time to set up your custom properties. It will pay off in the long run.
