Hightouch sets itself apart by offering user-friendly features catering to individuals with varying technical expertise. Unlike some alternatives, it doesn't require users to be IT professionals. This accessibility is especially beneficial for marketing professionals who may not have constant access to technical specialists. Personally, I started using Hightouch with minimal technical knowledge and found the documentation invaluable in navigating and resolving any issues that arose.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My preferred feature of Hightouch is its seamless integration capabilities with other tools. The ease with which it can be integrated enhances its overall utility.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Hightouch generally performs well, there are instances where error messages lack clarity, making it challenging to pinpoint integration issues. In my experience, particularly when sending data to HubSpot, I've occasionally sought assistance from customer support, who, incidentally, have been excellent in their support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hightouch, while a bit on the pricey side, justifies its cost with its versatile applications across different scenarios. If you're contemplating adopting this tool, I highly recommend designating one or two team members as owners with elevated permissions. Keeping a vigilant eye on all syncs can contribute to a smoother experience. Whether you need a tool for reverse ETL or crafting synthetic events for ad tools, Hightouch not only saves time but also simplifies the job considerably.
