What differentiates GPS Insight from other similar products?
The technology is what really sold us on GPS Insight. The others weren't quite there yet. It was like GPS Insight was years ahead of them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The AI technology that the camera featured. It's helped our employees not only at work but at home in their personal cars as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its not that I disliked the fact but, when implementing the cameras our work force wasn't happy with the fact, they would have a camera in the cab of the truck watching them. But once we had explained what the camera's functionalities and that it isn't watch them all day. Only if an event would occur. We started slowly but surely see everyone become more comfortable with the camera.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Tell GPS Insite what you want, and they will deliver. We have a policy to make sure that our technicians walk around the vehicle before departing from the job site. GPS Insite was able to program the camera to remind our technicians to do the vehicle walk around. The AI technology is by far the best in the industry. With updates every year i don't now the competition will ever be able to catch up.

great tool some times hard to use

What differentiates GPS Insight from other similar products?
the camera system is very detailed and good data . it is hard when it always shuts down due to cookies, running reports does not always work, organaization of maitenance is not clear and mileage has glitches . the camera is amazing and produces good data. live does not always work
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
camera tracking and data collection, it is nice to have all the maintenance but the mileage does not alway keep track so you have to follow up physically i like the direct port plug and getting codes
What do you dislike most about this product?
cookies , hard to run reports, maintenance area reports only run 1/2 the time maily due to cookies not sure why this is needed. the mileage some times is off on oil service even though i put it in. some times its hard to sign a new unit on
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
keep paper trail on all repairs / dont trust mileage .
