What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I adore GoTo Meeting's usability and convenience. It takes little time to set up a meeting, inviting participants via link is simple, and utilising this software makes me feel professional. Additionally, I can still interact with other members during meetings even though I'm not the host, which makes for great dynamics and enjoyable sessions. Additionally, the audio and video quality are excellent, resulting in all-around smooth communication. Not only do they have all of these capabilities, but their web user interface is also simple to use, making getting about quick and easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that there could be software issues with GoTo Meeting that cause audio hiccups, frozen screens, and "meeting kick outs." It is also expensive because each person must pay for access. Since it allows conflicting meetings to be included in the same budget, this money can be used more effectively. Finally, some participants have trouble joining GoTo Meetings, which further contributes to its incapacity to effectively satisfy users.

Many members of our team appreciated the fact that all meetings had the same domain connection in the past. Security comes first in everything, and after being explained, it isn't nearly as of concern or isn't discussed nearly as much.

I value that ToGo notifies me when my meeting record is ready for inspection and makes it simple to archive and search for at a later time.

The tool is quite light allowing us to have it on all our devices without missing any meeting, keeping our agents updated every day, it is an application with a simple and easy to use interface for all types of people, keeping our conversations in a centralized place and allowing others to provide their ideas and progress through the screen sharing option, achieving greater productivity in all areas.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In some cases when logging in on Android the app closes unexpectedly which can be frustrating for users, notifications do not usually arrive regularly and by the time they arrive it is several minutes into the conference, making some users late. The video sometimes locks up unexpectedly however the continuous audio, if you are explaining something through diagrams, it is not so easy to understand it that way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Small and medium sized companies can become more familiar with this tool, since they have a low user load, meetings using GoTo Meeting can be much more profitable compared to its competitors, many customers also tend to use this tool so we have two ways to use it. Excellent price as the platform works properly, with its constant updates it has been constantly improving.
