What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
With this program, we are tackling the difficulty of getting everyone together for a meeting; you can hold a conference from any PC, Mac, Android, or Apple smartphone. We solved the issue of having employees who travel while still being able to work on projects. We can cooperate with clients and contractors who are sometimes in different states; it also allows us to maintain a library of meetings or direct links to recordings to use in support cases and issues.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It features various utilities, such as remote mouse control, native recording, and simple connections with many workspace clients, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and others. I like the way the meetings were done; they also have a feature where you can store and share all of your accounts with others. I enjoy that we can cooperate with personnel who are traveling or working from home, as well as with clients who are not present.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is a huge application that consumes a lot of resources; it also has discrepancies in its audio and visual settings modifications. It also has a negative impact on other post-meeting applications, is less integrated with background filters, and needs additional steps to log into a meeting each time. I dislike that you can only add 100 people and that after the trial is over, it is sold at a hefty price.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend that anyone utilize this tool for virtual meetings and project management collaboration with coworkers or clients. Goto Meeting is the greatest program for holding a conference meeting with people from all over the world at the same time; it is extremely simple to use, and the quality of service and connection is among the best; it works 100% of the time.
