I have never had major malfunctions while using this tool that's why I keep using it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not like the fact that some integration models are not compatible.

I'd definitely recommend to use this tool in conjuction with the others because there is no one size fits all solution for each company we work for.

There is little to dislike. Probably they could make the billing more granular.

From my viewpoint, GoToMeeting's free plan restrictions, like limited participants and features, hinder seamless collaboration and webinars. Additionally, integration issues and screen-sharing lags on tablets can be frustrating. Configuration drawbacks, like lacking single sign-on and Outlook integration, add unnecessary steps. Stable internet is crucial due to session crashes with even minor interruptions. Outdated hardware might not leverage the platform fully. Premium features come with added costs, potentially straining budgets. Limited chat capabilities compared to dedicated tools and the absence of a free plan are also downsides.
