GoTo Meeting is perhaps the platform that we use the most to meet with our co-workers or clients on the web, since this program contains the best functional tools to interact and make each of the sessions much more dynamic, it is a total advantage to have a very easy to access application where we can immediately call a considerable number of people to meet in a safe and private space where we can create activities such as training or simply an exchange of information and ideas, this program has changed the effectiveness of my work for the better by expanding the communication with users around the world.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

More and more I find the enormous benefits and tools that favor my work, one of them can be the possibility of recording from the beginning each of the calls that are made as a form of backup or as well as the possibility that it offers you to share the screen so that more people can be aware of the conversation or projects carried out through this medium, GoTo Meeting is a wonderful program that provides us with the ability to collaborate with other users and hold personalized and dynamic meetings thanks to its board to draw and Explain certain topics, it's really good to enjoy your skills.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is really important to remember the dependence that this program has on a good and fluid internet connection, the demand of this program to execute each of its functions with quality is great, on the other hand, we have been a little upset by the limitation it has the chat of this program, since its sharing capabilities have a certain limit and we want the ability to send and receive documents to be much broader.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Without a doubt, this program is one of my favorites, due to its quality and ability to ensure a good experience for each of the users in each of the video calls and conferences that are made through this medium, GoTo Meeting has become one of the programs that I recommend the most due to the multiple tools and quality that it offers us in each of the sections where we put it to the test.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

Internet meeting rooms make it possible for you to have the same link for the totality of the meetings that are repeated. This supports individuals who use different calendar systems, as they can make the link and the information will be correct. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Individual meeting rooms offer a neater impression for meeting attendees. Your picture, description and other business particulars are present and they are also a waiting area for attendees, which has a more professional atmosphere. The condition of your link is helpful for us to know at what point you do not have a good connection and need to change location or Wi-Fi network prior to initiating a contact. Finding this above means that you are not inside a call and become aware that you are breaking it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to be able to more properly target my personal meeting space. If there was a space for the symbol and company data, I think this sets us apart. When I mute a regular as a host, I equally need to do the same if I wanted to emit some noise. Recurrently, it is necessary to mute a person when a call is made with more than 10 people, but this person cannot participate in the conversation without the convenor removing the noise. I would like to be able to escape from a grouping without changing the director function or retracting everyone.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I used GoToMeeting for customer video calls and internalization video calls. We employed features such as screen sharing and chatting during phone calls to keep everyone on board. The community screen is helpful for customers to watch us through the stories, as well as bringing their workers into the conversation.
