GoToMeeting allows the users to initiate a meeting hassle free with great deal of features. Its advance Control Panel and user settings allow the user to customize the meetings and webinars in a way that you can restrict or allow permissions based on the meeting. GoToMeeting doesn’t give any call disconnect or connection lost while the meeting in progress. I have tested meetings up to 3 hours.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

GoToMeeting has provided with great functionality to audio controls and clear voice recordings. It enhanced the user capabilities with Screen share, Audio Control and working with chats. It has also given the users the process of arranging meetings with a huge audience and hassle-free management

What do you dislike most about this product?

GoToMeeting has limitation Audio Pin as if a user would like to disable it, they can’t do it for attendees. This feature should be added

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend GoToMeeting over BT Conferencing and other expensive solutions as this is very cheap, clear call quality and numerous toll free options. Recording and Management tools are perfect for any scale of a business.

I like GoToMeeting for quality HD audio calls and video conferencing, as well as hosting face-to-face online meetings for up to 25 users, with the option for cloud collaboration for both desktop and mobile devices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With GoToMeeting working effectively online screen sharing allows you to present your screen from your computer in real time to meeting attendees without any hassle.

I recommend GoToMeeting allows you to join and configure a call, it is compatible with Windows, Mac and mobile devices, its interface is easy to learn, and it allows unlimited calls.

Gotomeeting is a tool to communicate and collaborate from anywhere in the world, since it allows you to increase productivity with a variety of functions to carry out videoconferences from your work or home, you can join a meeting using your browser directly and you can do it from a desktop, mobile phone or a Tablet, it has the best meetings and HD videos, it is extremely easy to plan and host meetings, Gotomeeting has Business Messaging, which allows you to communicate from an integrated chat or join a meeting with a single click, it also lets you create a personal online meeting room, and has a great webcam preview.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing that I dislike about Gotomeeting because it is a tool that has excellent functions and features to make your video calls, online meetings and recordings in the cloud in the most quiet and remote way, it also allows you to create transcripts of all your meetings and account with excellent integrations such as Google calendar, Microsoft Teams, among others.
