What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
It is easy to use and secure. Calls quality is very good specially the quality of voice. Customer care service is also superb and is very helpful for users. Screen-sharing is also a best feature.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a benefit of unlimited recordings in the cloud so that the participants can watch them later. It also offers 14 day free trial. it has the entire tool needed for a successful business meeting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Requires a very good and stable internet connection. GoToMeeting isn’t a free platform for video conference on the other hand there are lots of free platforms. You have to update hardware to get the best of the calls. Also a separate application is required for background blurring.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is recommended for small businesses because it has the entire tool needed for a successful business meeting. It is not free, it charges 12$ per month for professional allowing 150 participants and 16$ per month allowing 250 participants which is comparatively expensive than other software. It offers 14 day free trial so you should check it first before purchasing.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
Excellent platform for videoconferencing and meetings between staff and clients regardless of distance. It has helped us to improve communications when we need to give relevant information that goes beyond an email and its screen sharing allows us to have greater reach in communications and improve tasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has very good audio and video resolution, you can hear perfectly and see clearly all calls and video calls. It is a very intuitive and easy to install software, no one had problems adapting to it and all the tools have been very useful. I love the screen sharing feature, I always use it so there is no doubt about the activity I am explaining.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When the internet is not stable, the screen freezes and the audio cuts out, which makes communication difficult, no doubt you need a good internet provider and a great connection for the program to flow smoothly. It can become heavy at times depending on the number of people in the videoconference.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We have used many communication softwares, but this has undoubtedly been the one we have been most satisfied with, because of its intuitive design, its easy access and the varied and dynamic tools it has. Without a doubt it has been worth the purchase and communications have improved not only among employees, but also with customers.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
Users across organizations can connect easily without any issue.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The invitee has the option to let other people share their screen. Users can easily sync the meeting with their calendar and share the invites with others. While starting the session, a pop-up appears, which prompts the user to either turn on/off the camera and mic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
User Interface can be better, while screen sharing a tab like taskbar is very difficult to remove from the screen
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend it for smaller organizations for cross platform meetings.
