To secure connectivity, you must have a steady session. If the internet is down, even for a few minutes, the session must be restarted. The recording option acts strangely. Despite all of the preparations taken to ensure an effective recording, the session concluded without anything being recorded. Chat and participant panels may take up screen space during screen sharing. This will no longer be as beneficial for viewing the whole screen as it was previously. Screen sharing will be disabled or the screen sharing window will be decreased in size. The option to convert a phone call into a video conference would enhance the user experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Users of GoToMeeting can record meetings and access them later for those who are unable to attend. This guarantees that staff are not required to be online all day and may catch up at their leisure. There are several virtual meeting apps and tools available. I've used GotoMeeting, and it's fantastic. However, I hope the GoToMeeting team will reduce the fee somewhat in order to make it more reasonable. To translate the meeting minutes into languages other than English, I advise using Google Translate. since GoToMeeting does not provide translation of transcripts for languages other than English.
