What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
The attendees you invite can join the link by using the meeting ID and they're all set to join the conference. Setting up a meet is done in a breeze.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the application's sharing feature, camera and audio quality.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I find that not a lot of people are familiar with this platform and the users are currently limited in numbers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are times when we need to resort to using another conferencing application. This software helps us with allowing our external customers to join meetings and conferences that are business related. This is a good and secure alternative.

Employees now easily host or join a meeting just by using desktop computers, laptops, tablets, or smartphones. GoToMeeting has greatly improved the collaborative and relationship strength that exist between employees, clients and partners
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We prefer to use GoToMeeting for our online video and audio meetings because it is robust and reliable. GoToMeeting works flawlessly with PC and MAC, Android and iOS devices
What do you dislike most about this product?
Storing recorded sessions in the cloud takes a lot of storage space. I wish they could increase the amount of space available to us without increasing the subscription cost

Users can easily and instantly conduct meetings with this software. It can be used to hold multiple meetings at the same time and provides quality audio and video resolutions

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
We can make large groups of projects in real time thanks to the best audio and video quality we have for our customer calls, video conferencing and large groups of projects. GoToMeeting also offers people who do not have a registered user an ID address so that with just one click they can view the conference as a guest so that no one misses out on the information of that group.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With GoToMeeting we have been able to increase productivity at the project level thanks to its simple and fast tools! It helped us a lot to exchange material on the screen so we could eliminate the need to send emails with attachments to team members. And it wastes a lot of time, thanks to the fact that it is compatible with all software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The video calls have a problem when microphones are activated by mistake by users and the background noise affects the audio quality so it does not allow others to hear the conference correctly so it would be good a better development of its mobile application to avoid these interludes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
GoToMeeting allows a fast audio and video platform with good quality at the time of the GoToMeeting conference. Our customers ask us for a meeting in relation to a project, topics to discuss, projects that we are developing because of the confidence they generate in us. Which responds to the problem of distance and time, we have increased videoconferencing, and we need to attend them to manage project teams and exchange information.
