What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?

All the suite is automatically integrated, if you use Google workspace you only need to plug and play your ecosystem, with other vendor you will require extra configuration

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy I can implement rules for data consistency. It is very flexible to create rules that apply to specific deprtments of the comapnys, or go super granular and do it per users

What do you dislike most about this product?

Is a little bit expensive, I think is bringing a lot of value to our company, however the price is kind of high

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you use Google Workspace and you need a solution to audit, retain and find company data easily, this product is really worth it

What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?

It is giving seamless experience, secure and robust compliance tool. Integrate with google workspace without any problem. Managing of data between all the google apps is securely & fastly.

It saves time and do fast data processing & gives smooth experience with Google workspace. It protects our data from loss.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing issue for us. Google product never creates issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Finest app for data compliance. Highly recommended for every single organisation.
