What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?
Google Vault gives great security for stored data and even security during retrieval. The platform is easy to use and to navigate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Google Vault helps to reatin and hold data and archive it in a secure way. we are able to easily retrieve the archived data and have it retrieved in a secure way. There are audits that can be ru n and generate reports concerning the activities of users and the actions they perform in the archive. We are able to set retention rules. One can set access rules to determine who is allowed to access the archive and who is not.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Google vault is expensive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Google vault is a great product for archiving of data, to store , retain and retrieve data in a secure way. The platform is so powerful in terms of security and retention capabilities. I highly recommend this product.
