What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the problems that the program presents is the denial or complication for users who do not have a Gmail account, unfortunately these people will not be able to join a video call so easily, making the experience somewhat complicated and tedious, this is something that can be better for the integration of many more users who wish to join a call, but in general we are very happy with our experience with this program.

What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?

It is fun, straightforward and easy to use with no frills. Its greatest strength is also its weakness. It has everything that forms the bare minimum of video conferencing but nothing more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It just works out of the box and doesn't really push for downloading or installing additional software on the machine and rather prefers to work directly in the browser.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is missing many essential features especially dealing with audience management, while it has some basic stuff but competitors have come up with several functionalities to make it more engaging through polls, audience only private chats, whiteboard, prompts for participation in the ongoing call and so on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking something for primarily business meetings and demos, Google Meet is a great tool but if you are looking for something more engaging that can be used for online lectures/webinars or something similar, look elsewhere.
