Google Meet is very stable and offers high-quality video and audio, even on lower bandwidth connections.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Meet doesn’t offer persistent chat history, which can be a drawback for teams that need to reference meeting chats after the call ends.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google’s secure infrastructure ensures that meetings are encrypted, and users have control over who can join meetings. I highly recommend it.

What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?

Scheduling and joining meetings directly from Gmail or Calendar is just too convenient to ignore.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I’ve had team calls where members with hearing difficulties found it easier to stay engaged because of this feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The breakout room feature is clunky compared to competitors. Setting them up in the middle of a session feels more disruptive than seamless, especially during training sessions or brainstorming meetings

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

lean on its simplicity for day-to-day calls. But for larger, more interactive sessions, you might want to pair it with additional tools.
