What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?

Zoom makes client calls easy and efficient. The waiting room feature lets you control who can join, and the option to lock the meeting is great for privacy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the audio, and the new AI-generated meeting summary helps me send quick follow-ups without replaying the entire call.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The chat function could be better - sometimes it's hard to find old messages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use Zoom to look like a pro when meeting with clients.

Google Meet allows you to schedule meetings with customers with same issues and questions are addressed once.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love it's functionality and it's a self service platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited time for conference and number of participants on free version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

During the meeting or call the data can be recorded and analyzed after meeting, audio can be also shared to people who missed the meeting.
