Google Cloud Drive Enterprise does not require complex training to get started with, it is a solid solution that allows users to store their important files safely in the cloud. It provides top security which guarantees you that the files are safe and secure.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like Google Cloud Drive Enterprise because it allows me to manage my files both personal and business in the cloud. It is simple to install, set up and get started. Sharing of large and small files is easy and fast.
What do you dislike most about this product?
To be genuine, i don't have anything to mention as a dislike about Google Cloud Drive Enterprise. A great software for file management.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
This application is focused in an integral way in collaborative business environments, it offers possibilities to host different types of files which are recognized without the need to install external applications or plug-ins, these files allow your collaborators to access them either to view or edit them from any geographical location with internet access.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being integrated with the other applications present in the Google Workspace Suite, it has the implicit security that gives us data protection, this at corporate level ensures that all devices used by the entire work team and the information contained therein is protected against risks of loss or theft of this, the centralized console performs the management of roles and profiles according to the different users and thus defines the security policies of all end devices.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The storage is linked to the other applications of the suite, i.e. the contracted space is not exclusively contracted for Google Cloud Drive, applications such as Google Photos, Vault, make use of this space therefore should be taken into account to hire the space without being affected later in the daily work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Every organization needs to update its operational processes and thus its IT platforms, this leads to seek improvements in software and hardware in order to obtain higher profits at a lower cost; this is provided by SaaS solutions because they do not require any hardware for implementation and use, Google Cloud Drive allows you to have on hand a virtual datacenter (hosting, information security and access to it) with the certainty that such information is protected with an excellent level of security and with the guarantee offered by Google.
