What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
The strongest part of Google Drive is that it is an integral part of the Google business suite, hence all your docs, presentations, and spreadsheets are located in a single cloud place. For businesses, there are many security features, but some require extra costs. It is a decent platform and one is using the Google business suite, it is basically the simplest one to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integrated into Gmail, docs, etc.; Allows simple searches and lookups; And allows for desktop integrations as well as mobile front.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is no clear way to do very advanced searches or add meta-data to existing files; It's hard for non-technical users to use the client-desktop integrations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to educate your users on how to properly use the system, do avoid mistakes like having all the files in one single directory.
