I can preview certain types of files in Google drive without having to open a different application or download the file. You can upload multiple files and folders to google drive all at once and see the upload progress/status for each individual upload in the que

A gmail account is needed so If you need to share files on google drive with another user that does not have a Gmail address that could be a problem.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

The quality of file synchronization on Google Drive is simply fantastic. Right now, I have got four different devices connected to my Google Drive account and it is very helpful , to see my actions on Drive through one of my device, get immediately updated on every other of my devices. For me , this is the true meaning of having access to my files from everywhere.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Collaboration is what I like and have enjoyed the best , in my relationship with Drive. This is because my job role involves me doing a lot of team documentation and in most cases, I am documenting with co-employees who are not physically around me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Drive needs to provide an extra layer of protection for users like me, since my Drive account is directly integrated with Google mail account. Although, I have not had my data compromised because of the synchronization between Drive and Google mail, I am of the opinion that it is a potential security pitfall because access to my email is automatic access to my Drive files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I use Google Drive for storage and it is forever handy for me when working on documentations with multiple other parties at work. Jointly working on documentations with my team mates spread across various locations, is the main reason that I will recommend Drive.

The finest mobile and laptop integration allows for data storage and access from anywhere, and Google Drive's ability to modify files gives it an edge over other services. Additionally, the programme is incredibly user-friendly and is available on various operating systems, including Android and iOS in the case of mobile.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When more material needs to be shared, the upload file size limit might occasionally cause problems. Downloading and uploading speed can also be annoying. Potential security concern because there is no additional layer of defence
