What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
Google Drive is a multipurpose program that you can use to save and store critical files (word documents, PDFs, spreadsheets), enabling you to access them from any location, at any time, on any device, and for as long as you have Internet access. You can also grant access to others, allowing them to "see only," "directly edit the contents of your files," or leave additional comments.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When working with clients or organizations that are outsourced, Google Drive is straightforward to use both internally and outside. Google Drive serves both my personal and business needs. My favorite feature is downloading the app and using my phone to access my Google Drive. I store a copy of everything on my Google Drive so I can access it anytime.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes a little effort to set up my collaborators with accounts because I need them to have access to my Gmail as well. Different drive versions have limitations that make it challenging to transfer specific files internally or with business partners. If you try to copy and move entire directories from the online app, it is challenging.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Synchronization is possible with Google Drive's "Backup and Sync" feature. Google Drive is integrated perfectly. Multiple users can simultaneously edit and share the same document. The ability to search based on a file's kind (pictures, movies, pdfs, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.), creator (it might be something you own, someone else, etc.) or other criteria makes it incredibly simple.

It is very easy to access the files and folders. We can access them from anywhere.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Multiple users working on the same document which leads to completion of task early.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing which is disliking. Just love the product.

Please give it a try if you are looking a quick system for creating and sharing files.
