What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the reliability of Google Drive.

Lack of customization within Google Drive.

Perfect for businesses already or planning to use Google Business Suite products. If you are not, I suggest comparing to alternatives.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Best thing is Google Drive automatically gets active when heavy data files are sent over Gmail. Thats a big advantage.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspect is that it has great features of access and permissions. Add ons like Docusign is helpful to make a docx file into a pdf and send for signing to clients. Availability of add ons is a plus.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only dislike is that the basic version is combined with Gmail and then have to purchase data which is a little expensive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend using this product for document management and storing all data on the Drive. It saves space and one can simply send a link to guests for looking and browsing at the documents.
