Honestly, the usability of google products such as docs and sheets is easier compared to sharepoint.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

It allows sharing resources with the team and organization as well apart from keeping place or enough memory for our own personal files too. This way it solves the problem of memory exhaustion.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite aspect is mainly two. First, it checks for any potential threats automatically. Secondly, it allows sharing of resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It doesn't allow to share executable files directly in the mail but that needs to be uploaded in the zip format if it needs to be shared across the team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Buy it from Google Workplace for your organization. It will be very helpful

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

It's free up to a certain storage capacity, it's an Saas which is great because you can access your files anywhere

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can organize items into folders and make sure I have all the files I need, I can also access on mobile on the go

What do you dislike most about this product?

The free storage isn't very much, I have to buy extra storage or delete items often

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's great for small business and personal use, for enterprise organizations I might recommend something more robust like Sharepoint
