What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

It’s extremely user friendly and many people outside of work use it in their personal lives. The business version is extremely similar so there wasn’t much need for an in depth tutorial on how to use this suite.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Just how easy it is to use, less headaches for me

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not much to dislike. The support can take awhile to receive but it’s rare we need it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don’t be afraid to haggle. We got our workers google one services thrown into their personal accounts on top of a discount.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google Drive is available to end users everywhere, since it comes pre-installed on most Android phone devices. It also sets no limitation on the number of devices a Google Drive account can be connected to. The most important differentiation is that Google Drive integrates smoothly with both Google owned softwares and non Google software, making data sharing and integration very convenient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Collaborating in real time with my team-mates in order to complete assigned documentation and productivity tasks faster, is my favourite part of Google Drive. As of this moment in time, group collaboration is one area where Google Drive blows its competitors out of the water.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The absence of an electronic signature collection functionality is a weak point. Also, Google Drive is a few steps behind leading file storage tools out there, when it comes to security for saved files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Collaboration is important for modern teams to excel and this is a key reason to deploy Google Drive.
