What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

it’s the backbone of pretty much every creative project I touch. It’s cloud-based, integrates with everything, and lets me share massive Illustrator files without clogging up email.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

If I’m working with copywriters, marketing teams, or other designers, we can all drop files into shared folders, add comments, and update assets without worrying about syncing issues

What do you dislike most about this product?

Once a project scales up, shared folders turn into a chaotic jungle of untitled files, random duplicates, and cryptic filenames like “Final_v2_ACTUALLYfinal.psd.”

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s great for asset storage, collaboration, and quick access to everything. Just be prepared to develop a solid folder-naming system, or you’ll spend half your time searching for files.
