google drive stands out because it feels more like an extension of your daily workflow than a separate app. Real advantage is that how easily it ties into gmail, google docs & even android. Sharing is simple & collaboration is smooth.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Real time collaboration seeing others edit a doc live without any lag or delay which is the best part about this product. Group work feels instant and natural using google drive
What do you dislike most about this product?
File organization can get messy fast. It is easy to loose track of where things are especially when you are sharing constantly and receiving files from others.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Focus on building a solid folder structure from day one name things clearly & organize by project or team. Also learn sharing settings early so you don’t accidentally give access to wrong people. Powerful product but only when you keep it tidy.
